Compensation:$30 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities:- Create engaging and effective step/dance lesson plans for different skill levels and age groups
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom
- Teach step/dance techniques and routines with a focus on skill development and creativity
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence
- Organize and oversee dance performances and recitals to showcase students' progress and talents
- 2 years of experience as a Step/Dance Instructor
- Proficiency in lesson planning
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- US work authorization
