Salary: $30 - $35 hourly.

Responsibilities:- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans for theatre classes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help develop their acting skills.
- Coordinate and direct rehearsals for plays and performances.
- Collaborate with other instructors to organize and execute theatre events and showcases.
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre or related field
- Previous experience teaching theatre to youth
- Strong lesson planning skills
- Effective classroom management abilities
- US work authorization

LTYC has been able to impact the lives of more than 160,000 students, ranging from grades K-12. Many of our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral intervention. Our arts education instruction includes dance, theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM, culinary arts, Yoga, martial arts, and gardening.
