Driver/Customer Orientation Specialist
Leaders RPM is a third-generation family-owned dealership that’s delivered an exceptional level of customer service for marine and powersports enthusiasts since 1982. We are Southwest Michigan’s largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
We are looking to add a team member to our Customer Orientation Team.
Requirements
- Good driving record
- Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience pulling and backing trailers
- Experience operating boats and power-sports vehicles
- Product knowledge/experience using products that we sell (ATV, UTV, boats, jet skis, etc.)
- Great Customer Service skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering customer units.
- Ensure that all customer purchased units are free from defects and in good working order.
- Review usage of new units with customer during picks ups or delivery.
