Leaders RPM is a third-generation family-owned dealership that continues to deliver an exceptional level of customer service for marine and powersports enthusiasts since 1982.
We are Southwest Michigan’s largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
We are looking to add to our Detail/Washbay Team.

- Wash and detail various boats & jet skis
- Wash and detail off and on road vehicles
