Leaders RPM is a third-generation, family owned powersports and marine dealership that is known for delivering an exceptional level of customer satisfaction to outdoor enthusiasts since 1982. We are Southwest Michigan's largest dealership and represent dozens of brands including Four Winns, Sea Fox, Yamaha, Centurion, and Sea-Doo.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Sales Advisor to join our team. The position requires 2 to 3 years sales experience; preferably in the sale of boats. A working knowledge of the products we represent is also required. A Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.
