Parts Counter
Leaders RPM is a third-generation family-owned dealership that continues to deliver an exceptional level of customer service for marine and powersports enthusiasts since 1982.
We are Southwest Michigan’s largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
We are looking to add a team member to our parts department.
Full Time. Must be available to work 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday, as well as Saturday rotation schedule - 9 am to 2 pm.
Essential Functions:
- Assist customers both in-person as well as via phone.
- Stock parts department.
- Ensure that customer inquiries are answered satisfactorily.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferred experience with counter sales and background with recreational products.
- Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be a “self starter” and able to learn about the products and communicate knowledge and information to customers.
