What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Lister position at Leaders RPM?
Leaders RPM is a third-generation family-owned dealership that has delivered an exceptional level of customer service for marine and powersports enthusiasts since 1982. We are Southwest Michigan’s largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
Leaders RPM is looking to add a member to our product listing department.
The E-commerce Listing Associate is an individual with detailed information gathering skills to enter data for proper inventory catalog management.
Educational/Skills Basic Requirements:
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent typing, copying, and proofing skills
- Requires intermediate PC experience; Web browsing/MS Office applications/Google-fu
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Strong time management skills
- Basic understanding of Powersports and Marine products of Leaders RPM
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work closely with a diverse group of individuals of various functional disciplines
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Developing database catalogs.
- Finding and inputting basic product data to complete inventory catalog
- Photograph stock images of parts, gear and accessories
- Adhere to guidelines of high levels of information accuracy, efficiency and replication of task
- Self-motivated with the ability to work
- Punctual and reliable attendance according to company policy
- Make proactive recommendations to streamline & improve processes
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with a team to generate creative ideas
- Flexibility to adapt to various E-Commerce associated projects that arise
Be willing to roll your sleeves up to help with other departments (including warehouse, shipping/receiving) and be a general helping hand with a smile

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
