What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Staffing Coordinator position at Leaders Staffing, LLC?
EXPECTATION SUMMARY: Create and foster a positive working relationship between staff and clients. Exhibit strong organizational skills to handle rigorous demands in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Exceptional communication skills are required as the core of duties require communicating with internal staff, clients, and candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Recruit, source, and hire candidates daily
- Call, screen, and prepare qualifying candidates for open positions
- Fill positions with a sense of urgency
- Conduct and complete all pre-employment processes with candidates based upon Leaders Staffing, LLC. procedures and client requirements (i.e. interviews, backgrounds, I-9s, E-Verify, WOTC, orientation, etc.)
- Accurately enter all candidate information, messages, notes, and payroll data as they occur in the staffing software
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files
- Accurately process payroll for all employees at assigned clients by the required deadline
- Work with team to achieve metrics of service and quality by assisting others to fill position
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions with candidates and clients to secure placement
- Generate referrals of clients and candidates
- Communicate with co-workers by sharing recruiting “best practices”
- Communicate daily with Senior Staffing Manager regarding assigned tasks, suggestions, client demands and changes, safety concerns, employee/client concerns, and competition risk
- Work with assigned clients to identify hiring needs and requirements
- Maintain and develop daily interaction and communication with clients about their staffing needs
- Abide by clients hiring requirements and expectations
- Manage employees while on assignment daily and/or weekly
- Provide clear and consistent communication with both client and employee
- Drive and develop sales growth with assigned clients
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service focused mindset
- Basic mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous HR/staffing experience preferred

CURRENT SHIFT HOURS REQUIRED: Hours subject to change based on customer and business demands. Flexibility of schedule and work outside of business hours may be required.
