Overview
Leaders Staffing is looking for a Sales/Safety Coordinator for a client located in Warsaw, IN. Hours would be Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
Duties
- Customer service, answering incoming calls, work with the team to resolve issues
- Scan, fax and enter shipping tickets into a job file management
- Enter all quote information (email or intake sheet) and attach to the correct file
- Set Production and Delivery Dates in schedule
- Place production shipping tickets on board and ensure seals are from Mitek and down and confirm orders with customers
- Enter vendor invoices into Quickbooks
- Enter invoices, packing slips and BOL's into Mitek system
- Ensure Fire Extinguishers are working and signed off on
- Reminding employees to wear proper PPE and report to their manager
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Mitek Software Experience
- Quickbooks Experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 experience preferred but not required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
