Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating various machinery within a manufacturing facility. This role involves programming, assembling, and ensuring the quality of products through precise measurements and adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Assemble components using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
