CPR & Narcan Trainer (Full-Time)
Leadership Health Foundation | Baltimore, MD | On-site | $45,000 - $70,000/year
Leadership Health Foundation is hiring a full-time CPR & Narcan Trainer to lead free CPR, AED, and Narcan training at rec centers, churches, and other community venues across Baltimore. This is part of our non-profit mission to equip the community with life-saving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 3-4 free training sessions per week in CPR, AED, and Narcan administration at various community locations.
- Certify participants and distribute CPR masks and certification T-shirts.
- Coordinate with local organizations to schedule and manage training events.
- Maintain and manage training equipment.
- Continuously improve the training program based on participant feedback.
Requirements:
- CPR Instructor Certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or similar recognized body.
- Experience conducting CPR/First Aid training in community or healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within Baltimore.
Preferred:
- Healthcare background (nurse, EMT, paramedic) is a plus.
