Leadership Lincoln Associate Director
Position Summary: The Associate Director oversees the daily operations of Leadership Lincoln, ensuring organizational effectiveness and supporting the delivery of its leadership programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role focuses on operational management, program support, and volunteer coordination.
Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including systems, processes, and administrative functions.
- Manage organizational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Support logistical planning for program days, events, and meetings.
- Program Support:
- Collaborate with the Programs Coordinator to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Assist in evaluating program outcomes and maintaining participant satisfaction.
- Provide operational support for program recruitment and marketing efforts.
- Volunteer Coordination:
- Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and committee members.
- Build relationships with alumni and community members to enhance engagement.
- Supervision:
- Supervise administrative staff and interns.
- Assist in staff development and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in operations management or nonprofit administration.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a collaborative team environment.
This position includes a health stipend for medical, dental, and vision.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
