In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to residents in our long term care facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a SNF/LTC environment within the last three years and be able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
