Our partner facility is seeking a travel nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a long-term care setting. As a travel nurse in this role, you will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure
- Experience working in long-term care or similar settings
- Ability to commit to a 4-week assignment
- Flexibility to work night shifts (6p-6:30a EOW)
