Professional Fundraising Developer / Business Development / Non-Profit Donor Relations Director sought for faith-based not-for-profit organization focused on providing exceptional healthcare and housing services to western Washington 's seniors .
This position entails developing relationships with individuals who are potential donors and asking them for sizable contributions to support the existing Continuing Care Retirement Community as well as the future growth plans of the parent organization.
You will pursue collaborations with like-minded organizations, thus helping our client to expand their impact on the future of senior living.
You'll be an integral part of planning and executing high-end gala events to draw new donors and maintain a presence in the greater community.
The success of your activity will directly impact the potential for the organization to enact current and future growth plans to extend the reach of their senior healthcare and housing services.

Warm and supportive company culture

An ideal candidate will bring :
Bachelor’s degree preferred – ideally in Fund Development, Marketing, Community Relations or the like OR equivalent education / experience
Hands-on experience selling, developing fundraising strategies, and making outreach to potential donor populations
Savvy in the use of CRM software and able to clearly and promptly document your progress in pursuit of funds for the organization
Experience specifically in Senior Living / Senior Healthcare industry highly desired. At the very least there needs to be a strong passion for ensuring the well-being of seniors
