The Executive Director is a visible leader displaying a high level of interaction with residents and their families, similar to a five star hotel. This person will have access to the resources of a national company with an excellent corporate support structure, as well as room for career growth for top performers.
Executive Director qualifications :
- Assisted Living Administrator's license (active and in good standing)
- Senior Living Executive Director experience (3 years)
- Senior Living operations with a strong marketing / sales background
- Successful business and financial acumen
- Stellar hospitality / customer service skills
- Those with strong hospitality / retail experience may be considered
