About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Recruiter. This role will support the strategic goals and objectives of LeaderStat by developing a network of direct care level candidates for our RPO program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with healthcare professionals in the post-acute and senior care industry
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent
- Conduct in-depth interviews and source existing candidates from our database and other resources
- Participate in career fairs to attract new candidates and represent LeaderStat in specific geographic areas
- Design job descriptions that accurately reflect each position's requirements and ideal candidate qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Excellent communication, networking, and interviewing skills
- Proficient in video-conferencing technology and able to present information about LeaderStat via verbal or electronic forums
- Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks with professionalism and courtesy
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in candidate management
- Strong computer skills with experience in software programs such as Bullhorn
- Ability to document candidate interviews and maintain accurate records
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders
