As Clinical Manager, You'll Be
- Overseeing the team of caregivers and nurses in order to assure that all services provided to clients meets state, federal, and company regulations/ guidelines
- Assuring compliance with Medicare & Medicaid Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and verifying that Joint Commission, CHAP or ACHC accreditation standards are met
- Checking patient assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Setting up QAPI programs to improve patient outcomes and assure quality
- Supervising and supporting nurses, therapists, social workers, chaplains, bereavement staff, volunteers, and home health and hospice aides
- Offering education programs to team, elevating their skill sets
- Rewarding top performing team members and encouraging growth across the team
- Keeping up to date with documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Prepping team to be ever ready to tackle surveys and inspections
- Overseeing schedule of staff to ensure clients' needs are met while also staying in line with budgets
- Supporting the development of policy and procedures
- Promoting outreach to the community and engaging with patients and their families
- Earning competitive salary in the $88K to $120K range

- Working in partnership with a marvelous group of individuals who are mission-driven in pursuit of excellent care for area citizens
- Registered Nurse license in Washington State (RN in WA)
- Prior experience in Home Health &/or Hospice
- Experience as a supervisor or manager in a clinical setting
- Stable tenure in prior jobs, ideally at least 2-3 years or more per company
- Excellent communication skill with an ability to engage people of various backgrounds and express clear expectations
- Computer savvy, ability to quickly document activity in a database
- A gift for mentoring and educating others
- Caring heart for the needs of seniors
