Long Term Care - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
LeaderStat is staffing up for a NEW CLIENT in the Cincinnati, Ohio market. Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) interested in 30-day contracts. Weekly gross wages will vary by position, a recruiter will help create a package with your best options.
When you join the LeaderStat team, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment.

Job Duties
Providing direct patient care to residents while under supervision of a staff nurse
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, eating and moving
Taking vital signs
Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Providing companionship and comfort to all residents
Other duties as requested or assigned
Job Requirements / Qualifications
At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.)
At least one year of experience in long term care or skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities
Possess empathy and passion for serving others
Active CNA or LPN license in Ohio
Up-to-date certifications / compliance :
Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA)
Two-step TB test
Physical exam within the last 12 months
