We are seeking a motivated Interim Manager / House Supervisor- Emergency / Outpatient Services for a 13-week assignment at a Critical Access hospital in Kellogg, Idaho!
The Manager / House Supervisor is a key leadership role in a Critical Access Hospital- CAH, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Shoshone Medical Center. The position is full-time and will require some evenings and on-call.
Kellogg, Idaho, is nestled in the heart of the Silver Valley and has a rich history rooted in mining, particularly silver and lead. Founded in the late 19th century, the town became a bustling mining hub, with remnants of its industrial past still visible today. Visitors can explore attractions like the Silver Mountain Resort for skiing and outdoor recreation, the Route of the Hiawatha bike trail, and the Historic Kellogg Depot, which tells the story of the region's mining heritage.

Quality Improvement and Compliance
Communication and Reporting Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Idaho nursing license or Compact State license.
CPR (Clinical Staff Only)
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) required.
TNCC preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital or a smaller rural hospital setting is highly preferred.
PAY PACKAGE DETAILS
3000.00 WEEKLY PLUS ALL EXPENSES
