Estimated Pay Package

Job Duties
- Assessing resident needs and coordinating individualized care plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure that care plan guidelines are followed
- Ability to accurately determine PDPM categories, HIPPS codes
- Ensuring that the nursing facility is receiving accurate and maximum reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid
- This position is requesting only candidates willing to work the floor on occasion.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or in an eligible Nurse Compact State
- AANAC RAC-CT
- Knowledge of current state, federal, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and competency skills
- Up-to-date clinical compliance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA)
- Two-step TB test
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of MDS Assessment
