Interim Clinical Nurse Administrator
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated Interim Clinical Nurse Administrator for a 13-week assignment at an Acute Care Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont.
The Clinical Nurse Administrator manages clinical and administrative operations in the hospital during off hours and weekends. Responsibilities require knowledge of hospital/nursing policies and procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and collaboration with the providers, staff, department directors and the administrator on-call. The Clinical Nurse Administrator oversees the flow of patients throughout the hospital and provides supervision and support to the hospital’s patient care areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven leadership and time management skills - REQUIRED
Emergency/Critical Care nursing experience - Preferred
Clinical management experience - Preferred
PALS and NRP - Preferred
License: Active RN Licensure in Vermont or Compact State
