Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead and support a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Drive quality care initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to meet resident needs
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Current Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing
- Solid understanding of state and federal survey processes with positive outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Alignment with faith-based, mission-centered values
- Experience in a non-profit or CCRC setting is a plus
