LeaderStat is partnering with a leading provider of skilled nursing care, committed to delivering personalized, high-quality services. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and enhance relationships with referral sources across the Cincinnati, OH and Southern Indiana regions!
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners.
Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor regional sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution
Qualifications :
5 years of healthcare sales experience, including 2 years in skilled nursing or long-term care specifically.
Experience with multi-site management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
Willingness to travel within the region.
