We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and enhance relationships with referral sources across the Youngstown and Cleveland, OH regions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor regional sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of healthcare sales experience, including 2 years in skilled nursing or long-term care specifically.
- Experience with multi-site management.
