We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and enhance relationships with referral sources across the Akron and Columbus / Springfield, OH regions!
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor regional sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution
