ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated Senior Director of Revenue Cycle- Hospital at an acute care hospital in Watertown, South Dakota!
Watertown, South Dakota, was established in the late 1800s and quickly grew as a vital trade center due to its strategic location near the Big Sioux River. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree.
5 years of leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years experience in revenue cycle operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience engaging in the implementation of new processes, enterprise-wide initiatives, and / or technologies
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office applications. Will participate in ongoing education and maintenance of electronic health record software (CPSI)

the ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate administrative assignments. Demonstrates communication skills to be successful at counseling,
teaching, marketing, and public and physician relations. Displays leadership skills, diplomacy, enthusiasm, patience, and tact; and the ability to problem
solve and handle difficult situations. Must have demonstrated knowledge of budgeting and productivity standards.
Estimate compensation $133K-$185K per year
