We are seeking a motivated full-time Vice President Home Health, Hospice, and Client Services to support our Home Health Companies, Hospice, Hospice Foundation and Palliative Care companies in Canton, Ohio!
Canton, Ohio, is a city rich in history, best known as the birthplace of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, celebrating the sport’s greatest players and moments. Founded in 1805, it grew as a key industrial hub, with notable landmarks like the William McKinley Presidential Library & Museum, dedicated to the 25th U.S. president. Today, Canton offers a blend of historic charm, cultural attractions, and a thriving community spirit.
The Vice President of Client Services oversees the operations of Home Health Companies, Hospice, Hospice Foundation, Palliative Care, Temporary Staffing, Nurse Aide Training, and Mobile X-Ray services. This role ensures that care delivery meets client needs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing and medical staff, maintaining client rights, resolving complaints, and coordinating with executive leadership and professional teams. Additionally, the Vice President is involved in budgeting, personnel management, and the development of public information materials. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multi-faceted healthcare operations, while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
What qualifications will you need :
Graduate from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, public health administration or business administration
Three years of successful home care and hospice experience that includes direct employee supervision
Management experience including but not limited to, supervision, disciplinary actions, policy development, budgeting and staff development
Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid Home Care Regulations
Knowledge of Hospice Regulations
Salary Base : $140K-$170K
