SEO Specialist
This role is responsible for driving organic growth and conversions across all Leadhub accounts via website traffic and other digital platforms. This role will focus on current and emerging opportunities in SEO to expand the organic footprint of the clients and drive leads.
Key Performance Indicators
● Drive organic growth on all Leadhub client websites
● Positively impact revenue with SEO strategies
● Support the broader digital marketing strategy with on and off site optimization efforts
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
● Meets or exceeds growth targets for the organic search channel including increased users, sessions, clicks and conversions from organic search.
● Develops and implements SEO initiatives to attract new and incremental conversions and revenue.
● Understands and implements SEO best practices and stays up-to-date on the ever-changing landscape of organic search. Keeps our sites continuously improving by managing on-page and off-page factors.
● Closely and continuously monitors direct and indirect communications from and about key search engine partners, including Google, Bing and others.
● Works with our team to enhance our site & platform as needed to dominate organic search, representing our team when it comes to planning, developing, testing, and rolling out related fixes and enhancements.
● Partners with content writers to develop keyword-rich content and improve the topical relevance of service, service area, blog and landing pages across the site.
● Reviews performance of campaigns using internal and external reporting and analytics tools.
● Delivers concise and literate reporting to clients as needed.
● Partners with internal teams to integrate executions into holistic marketing campaigns supporting our Paid Media and Content teams.
● Develops and maintains a culture and discipline of testing, research, competitive analysis and data-driven decisions to optimize future plans.
● Stays up to date with the latest developments in the industry. Closely monitors the competitive landscape.
● Engages with the team regularly to test new initiatives and troubleshoot strategies and tactics.
● Understand our clients' audiences from new to existing customers to capture search demand at different points of the funnel.
Required Experience
● 3-5 years of successful experience growing business using local SEO tactics.
● Hands-on experience with multiple industry-leading SEO research and crawling/auditing tools, including Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
● Full spectrum on-page SEO expertise.
● Strategic thinker and fast learner.
● Excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
● Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
● Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
● Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data management tools.
● Account management and project management experience a plus.
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
● Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing, Communications, advertising or related field a plus
● Google analytics, Hubspot, Semrush certifications a plus
