Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Draft detailed financial plans covering retirement planning, tax strategies, investment management, and estate planning.
- Conduct research on investment products, tax laws, and regulatory changes to ensure up-to-date client strategies.
- Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, summarizing notes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliance by updating client records and ensuring all plans meet industry standards.
- Utilize financial software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems (e.g., Redtail) to manage client data and scenarios.
Time Allocation:
- 60%: Financial plan preparation and client support.
- 20%: Research and compliance tasks.
- 20%: Administrative and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and CRM systems (MoneyGuidePro, Redtail preferred).
- Strong understanding of investment, tax, and financial principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
