Work Arrangement:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Support the preparation of basic financial plans covering areas such as retirement planning, tax strategies, and investment management under supervision.
- Participate in research on investment products, tax laws, and regulatory changes to keep client strategies current.
- Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, including summarizing notes and follow-up actions.
- Aid in maintaining compliance by updating client records and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Learn to utilize financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems (e.g., Redtail) to manage client data effectively.
Time Allocation:
- 50%: Training and hands-on learning in financial plan preparation and client support.
- 30%: Assisting with research, data analysis, and compliance tasks.
- 20%: Administrative support and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior financial planning experience is preferred, accompanied by a strong desire to learn and excel in the industry.
- An understanding of investments, taxation, and financial principles is an asset.
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems (e.g., Redtail) is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with financial planning tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to pursue industry licenses (e.g., Series 7 and Series 66) as you progress in your career.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $45,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience.
