Our client is a global, leading pharmaceutical company targeting several therapeutic areas with high unmet need. They have an extremely promising drug development pipeline with multiple "blockbuster potential" treatments which have been developed through their own internal programs and through the acquisition of exciting assets / biotech companies!
You will be responsible for the medical strategy and medical oversight for several assets in different therapeutic areas and modalities.
With a focus on translational medicine / early phase clinical development, you will provide leadership on innovative programs working with internal experts and on external opportunities.

- Responsible for the leadership and safety of drug development from candidate selection to proof-of-concept.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to support scientific strategy, program management, operational execution, toxicology, PK / PD, and more.
- Write, review, and execute documents including protocols, clinical study reports, research results, etc.
- Construct clinical development plans to support asset development.
