Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Press Brake Operator with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC press brake machines, ensuring the production of high-quality metal components to exact specifications. Experience working with aerospace parts is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation : Configure and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and shape metal components per blueprints and specifications.
- Programming : Read and interpret technical drawings to program and adjust machine settings as required.
- Quality Control : Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance with dimensional tolerances and specifications.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and resolve issues efficiently.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the workplace.
