Preschool Teacher/Assistant Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. This individual will act as the desginated director on site when our owner is not on site. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess a strong background in early childhood education.

**Duties:**

- Follow the provided curriculum, Experience Early Learning

- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow

- Incorporate math, physical education, literacy education, and other subjects into daily activities

- Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure developmental milestones are being met

- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs

- Participate in curriculum development and planning activities

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience working with children in a preschool setting

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles

- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans

- Proficiency in curriculum development for preschool-aged children

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reqquired:

-2 years lead teacher experience

- Fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain one)

- TB test- negative result

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
