What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scaffold Operations Manager/ General Foreman / Superintendent position at Leading Edge Scaffold, Inc.?
- Supervise, manage and lead all foremen and union labor.
- Develop and improve union team member’s competency in required skills and abilities.
- Grow and develop workforce while managing strategic risks.
- Develop and manage yard staff.
- Bring on new experienced Foreman and Journeymen.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining project schedules, material control and labor costs.
- Review and approve time cards/JSA’S daily.
- Maintain and enforce strict compliance with all company QA/QC and safety procedures.
- Manage daily job progress and work completed.
- Maintain contact with Project Foremen throughout the day as they implement the project scope of work.
- Overall responsibility to ensure all scope of work conforms to the highest safety standards.
- Manage and cultivate existing client relationships.
- Inventory utilization and control.
- Fleet management.
- Provide travel logistics for crews traveling out of town (Hotels, Per Diem & Fuel Cards)
- Strictly follow engineered drawings.
- Deal directly with our project managers on jobs requiring design build engineering.
- Coordinate any special badging or clearances required for defense projects.
- Strictly adhere to all Prevailing Wage and Union rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
