We are looking for an upbeat Front Office Coordinator in Sun City, AZ who can support our Clinic in day-to-day operations. Our Front Office Coordinators play a critical role in the success of our team. As the first person who greets our patients when they enter our clinics and the last person who wishes them well as they leave, you are the person patients remember when they think of Leading MD's.
We're looking for someone who can create a great patient experience (from the moment patients enter the clinic to when they leave) and carry out our front office processes promptly and consistently.

What Will You Do in This Role?
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- deliver an extraordinary patient experience
- provide Medical Assistant coverage when needed
- Medical Assistant duties, when needed.
- Answer phones
- Master our EMR (eClinicalWorks) to serve our patients' needs
- Schedule patient visits/treatments
- Assist patients with completing paperwork
- Verify Insurance
- Collect and process payment from patients
- Ensure organization, completeness, and accuracy of patient records
- Understand and adhere to regulatory compliance requirement, company policies and procedures

Job Requirements
To succeed in the role of Front Office Coordinator, you must:
- Be a natural multitasker
- Medical Assistant experience (preferred)
- Be able to follow processes and procedures accurately, efficiently, and consistently
- Have a pleasant phone voice and etiquette
- Medical Terminology experience
- Be highly effective in verbal and written communications
- Be able to organize and maintain documents and records
- Have a positive, collaborative, “can-do” attitude
- Be patient, respectful, and empathetic in all interactions with patients and coworkers
- Be competent in using EMR system
- Team player
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
