Data Scientist

The Contractor shall work closely with a team consisting of an IT PM, Software Developer, Data Scientist as well as analysts and Sponsor Industry experts; however, the Sponsor will manage the priorities.

• The Contractor shall work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive solutions
• The Contractor shall create and maintain data pipeline architecture
• The Contractor shall create data tools for analytics and the team that assist in building and optimizing vendor vetting solution
• The Contractor shall assemble data sets that meet functional and non-functional requirements
• The Contractor shall identify, design, and implement process improvements to automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and design infrastructure for scalability
• The Contractor shall build the infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
• The Contractor shall build analytic tools that use the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into the customer's vendor vetting system
• The Contractor shall work with the Sponsor to assess the datasets that align with the customer's requirements
• The Contractor shall work with stakeholders and the team to assist with data-related technical issues and support the data infrastructure requirements
• The Contractor shall assess vendor vetting system requirements in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• The Contractor shall provide Weekly Status Reports
