Overview

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) and programs. This role involves overseeing key administrative and strategic duties to ensure the successful operations of a robust learning and development department.

    Author and update courses using Articulate or other course publication software, and publish them on the LeadingRE Institute's Docebo platf
  • orm.Support daily administration of member course pages, groups, and cour
  • ses.Manage the LMS content lifecycle from course creation to retirem
  • ent.Conduct regular quality assurance checks and tests to ensure optimal user experience and system functional
  • ity.Test features and courses to provide the best technical and learning experience for memb
  • ers.Ensure timely and effective user support, QA inquiry responses, and troubleshoot
  • ing.Develop documentation for LMS training and engagement proces
  • ses.Lead the development of user surveys and other feedback mechanisms, and report findings to key stakehold
  • ers.Implement enhancements to the member-facing LMS user experience, including homepage improvements, content organization, and gamificat
  • ion.Serve as the primary contact for third-party LMS service providers, including Docebo and eSki
  • llz.Collaborate with Global and Domestic VP teams to facilitate effective communication regarding member-facing content and training ne
