Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

```Duties:```

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Provide information about products, services, and pricing

- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues

- Verify customer insurance information and approval

- Enter customer data and update records in our database

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Utilize phone systems and other communication tools effectively

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

```Qualifications:```

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong typing and data entry skills

- Experience in dispatching or fleet management is preferred

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
