Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced medical director to join our team at the Willimantic site. As a medical director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services, overseeing medical care at the site, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care services, including physical exams, therapeutic and surgical procedures, patient education, and continuity of care. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Quality Officer to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
