A health services network that operates 10 outpatient healthcare centers and two mobile health units across Long Island and Westchester is looking to add a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead the Gender Affirming Care Program.
About the Opportunity :

- Location : Can be based on Long Island or Westchester
- Hours : Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities : The Director of Gender Affirming Care will be responsible for acting as part of the medical services team providing care to the transgender population. This role is a combination of clinical work and operations work in relation to their gender affirming care role.
