We have an immediate contract position with our direct client.
Title: Staffing - Admin Coordinator - USA (100% onsite)
Contract duration : 6 months
Location: Mountain View, CA 94043
Description:
- Support Corporate Marketing team with administrative and logistical requests.
- Assists with specialized administrative support and advanced administrative duties.
- Processes vendor contracts, purchasing requests, invoices, and coordinates wire transfers, check requests, etc.
- Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
- May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, proofread, and research and compile special reports.
- Help maintain office equipment.
- Coordinates facilities requests, conference room scheduling and catering requests.
- Sets up local and offsite meetings.
- Develops presentations and spreadsheets as needed
- Technology industry marketing team experience preferred.
