Users from all parts of the business access our MAP and it is important that it is kept up to date, legally compliant, and structured in a way that allows for its efficient use. Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our marketing automation platforms. Users from all parts of the business access our MAP and it is important that it is kept up to date, legally compliant, and structured in a way that allows for its efficient use. This role will include documentation, organization and working with multiple parts of the business.
What You'll Do
- Maintenance and optimization of our marketing automation platform
- Clean up user data fields that are not being updated
- Work with Braze/Iterable to determine where user data fields are being used to change them out for SOT fields.
- Remove, add, and change retention periods for custom events in the system
- Oversee user permissions and user management
- Monitor IP health / deliverability
- Work with marketing manager counterparts to shut down unused automations, and document what is live
- Use our ETL(fivetran) and Reverse ETL(hightouch) platforms to create pipelines to pass crucial data to 3rd party providers
- Work with other members of the team to design and update governance
- Collaborate with QA to drive the right test scenarios and testing success of automations and campaigns
- Data optimization including database health and user data clean up
