Executive Recruiting Researcher / Sourcer
We are looking for a contract Executive Recruiting Sourcer / Researcher to join our Talent Attraction team for the next six months.In this role you will be at the forefront of further building diverse external executive talent pipelines across our functions while expanding our market knowledge and reach.You will be a critical part of our TA team, partnering with our recruiters key stakeholders as appropriate in a role that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. .
As part of our team, you will be an ambassador for the company and for our organization, engaging with prospects and passive candidates, learning about their career objectives and bringing them into our talent communities.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of executive level passive candidates across our functions. including but not limited to Tech, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Revenue.
- Utilize innovative research and sourcing methodologies for building our executive level talent pipelines.
- Build external talent landscapes by function across the US and Canada.
- Establish strong, successful partnerships with both Recruiters and Key Stakeholders.
- Gain industry knowledge, stay on top of talent trends and news to build out market intelligence.
