About the Role :
working with Workday, Excel, Case Management Systems, and Smartsheets. You will collaborate with a remote / global team and handle incoming Tier 2 cases, audits (daily, weekly, and monthly), and support termination, legal requests, post-placement changes, and reporting requests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with Workday and Excel to analyze and manage HR-related data.
- Perform data entry, audits, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR functions, including I-9 processing, legal requests, and reporting.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth case management and data consistency.
