Job Title: Interim VP
Location: SSC- 2401 Utah Ave S #800, Seattle, WA
Duration: until end of calendar year 2025
This will be an interim VP level CW who will be supporting the brand marketing branch of CLient during a transition period.
PR: $140/hr - $176/hr on W2
Rapid Campaign Deployment: Proven experience quickly activating an idea from insight to execution. Must intimately understand social channels and be able to pivot as channels and customer behavior change.
Cultural Trond Analytics: Analyzes and interprets emerging customer data & insights to identify and target cultural trend opportunities across industries, sports and entertainment, ensuring relevance and resonance with evolving consumer behaviors; inclusive of strategies to measure engagement ROI. Brand Marketing Communications: Has experience crafting a cohesive approach to brand communications to inspire audiences and effectively convey the brand and key messages to customers, in partnership with brand marketing strategies and messaging.
Collaborative Brand Marketing: Partners with external brands and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial initiatives that enhance brand value, reach new audiences, and perception; driving business growth and influencer partnership and engagement.
Content Marketing: Experience creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience, ultimately driving profitable customer action.
Social Storyteller: Strategically executes storytelling through social media and other digital platforms to foster engagement, build brand loyalty, and drive business results through creative content, community interaction, and performance insights.
Cross-Functional Relationships: Has successfully built strong connections across the enterprise to create content and convey messaging that is consistent with the overall brand strategy.
Brand Advocacy: Experience building, evolving and nurturing loyalty across customers who actively promote and support Starbucks through authentic engagement.
Influencer engagement: Collaborates with influential brands and people to promote brand messages, increase reach, and drive customer engagement.

- Years of experience: 10 years minimum, and there is no max. We're going to be looking for someone who has held a similar role in their previous jobs and has very strong leadership experience.
- General: The CW will be working with the directors in the brand marketing organization and will provide support and leadership as needed. They will also be reporting to an SVP.
- Top 3 Skills: Leadership capabilities, Brand Marketing, and experience with Marketing Campaigns
- Logistics: 5 days a week on site at the SSC, looking to start sooner rather than later, and will go through until end of calendar year 2025.
