Actual title: Specialist, Program Coordinator, Employee Learning & Development
Duration: 12 Months contract
Location of Role: Hybrid (2 -3 days a week in office and rest days work from home) at Indianapolis, IN 46204 OR Atlanata , GA 30326 OR Austin, Texas 78701
Pay Rate: $42-$45/hr on W2
About the Team : We align to a larger Onboarding and Employee Learning team with a total of 60 employees. Our team sits under ES (employee success) or HR . This program they will be supporting has been a highly regarded manager program for many years.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Manages the Accelerate and Elevate program logistics, ensuring alignment and effective communication among global stakeholders and program owners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide the Center of Excellence Program leads with exceptional service to ensure planning and support for successful virtual and in-real-life programming.
- Technical Support: Partner closely with our External Vendors to ensure the technology for these programs enhances participants’ experience. Future thinking to use AI (Agents) to maximize employees participation in these Manager Programs
- Process Improvement: Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the program’s coordination. Being able to articulate impact and value with leadership
- Additional Responsibilities: Depending on business priorities, the role could include supporting In-Real-Life Coordination in the office and travel to other locations. (3 times a year)
