Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 months
PR: $50-$57/hr on W2
Description:
- As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of a non-technical project.
- Responsibilities include resource allocation, implementation and documentation of operational plans, and quality control.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar role (handling 20 or more employees)
- Background in food/grocery delivery industry
- Experience in project management where the candidates have experience in resource allocation, implementation and documentation
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate a team of 20 support agents
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans
• Manage end-to-end photo pipeline workflow (collection, processing, and publishing)
• Conduct and approve quality control audits
• Drive process efficiency and optimization
• Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
• Document and maintain project standards and procedures
