Contractor Job Description : Subcontracting, Legal and Professional Services Categories
Responsibilities include :
1. Business Partnering
- Establish and maintain effective business partnerships and engage early with internal business partners
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
Manage and update supplier dashboards monthlyTrack and record updates to the 360 Partner Spend Commitment TrackerSupport ProServ team by performing rate analysis using 3rd party tool3. Sourcing
Act as the sourcing expert for the assigned area within the Professional Services categories. (i.e., Subcontracting, Legal, Consulting)Manage RFPs and direct awards (not involving Tier 1 Suppliers) that includes pricing and commercial term negotiations while weighing in qualitative factors to deliver right value to the business.4. Continuous Improvement
Assist with projects to enhance and streamline the sourcing and procurement process for the Professional Services categories. (i.e., Preferred Supplier Programs, Supplier Segmentation)Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of direct experience in sourcing or managing services suppliers.3-5 years experience drafting contract documents (Master Agreements, SOW's, change orders)3-5 years experience in negotiationsExperience supporting Professional Services departments.Experience within or working with Tech. companies.Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and appropriate dissemination of sensitive and confidential information.Ability to make sound decisions and produce accurate and timely results.Ability to prioritize and organize work in a fast-paced, multitask environment.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience interfacing with legal is strongly desired.To know more about current opportunities at LeadStack, please visit us at https : / / leadstackinc.com / careers /
