We're planning for continued growth here at realtor.com and currently hiring a Recruiting Partner to join our fast paced and growing team. This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in recruiting Technology and Product Development & Design candidates. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, internal client groups and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment experiences for Product Development & Design, as well as our Technology teams
- Actively screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches
- Partner with our Talent Attraction Sourcing and Search Partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and all internal stakeholders
- Complete reporting of activities weekly
- Maintain a high-level candidate experience
